Cookie is a 1 year old, 30-pound
female terrier mix.She was rescued from local animal control the day before her euthanization.Cookie is now spayed, housetrained, and current on all vaccinations.Cookie does not have the typical “Terrier” personality.She is a
quieter, sweet dog that is willing to please.Her energy level is medium.She enjoys
long walks, playing in the yard, and following her people around.Cookie has learned “shake”,
“sit”, “stay,” and is very good at “Cookie, come”. She is still
learning the command “leave it.”For a young dog, she is well behaved and
learns quickly.Cookie sleeps in a crate at night and is accustomed to cats and dogs.She really enjoys lots of activity and any attention from people, and she would enjoy having a canine brother or sister
too.Since Cookie is submissive, she may be a good companion to your dominant pet.She would be a great family pet since she is smallish, happy, playful, and enjoys the company of people and pets.

Max was rescued and is now ready to find his forever home!!
Max
is a regal looking black lab/chow mix. He is nine months-old and weighs 50 lbs. He has a shiny black coat requiring
minimal care. Max was rescued as a puppy and has grown into an athletic, energetic and curious young man with a mischievous
streak. He loves both his independence and being the center of attention. He enjoys being outdoors particularly
in cooler weather. He investigates all of the woodland smells and critters in the grass. His favorite pastime is going
to the creek and swimming. Max loves people and is good with children. When you pet him, he rolls over for a belly
rub. He loves having the inside of the tips of his ears massaged and would purr if he could.. Max is looking
for a home where he will receive lots of exercise and be a cherished companion. He would do best in a home with another young
docile dog or as a single dog. Max has had some basic training. He has a mind of his own and does best with
consistent, positive reinforcement. He is housebroken and crate trained. Max is neutered,
fully vetted and micro chipped.
Max has been neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations,
dewormed, treated for fleas/ticks and socialized with other nice dogs! He is ready to find his loving,
forever home.
